(OTC:MEDD) (“MEDD”), a provider of comprehensive medical diagnostic imaging services to clients in the U.S. and Canada, today announced that it will host its 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Friday, September 30th, 2016 at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas at 12:00 pm, noon, PST.
Matters to be voted on include:
- The election of two directors to serve for the ensuing year and until their successors are elected;
- Ratification of the appointment of Accell, as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2016; and
- Any other business that may be properly brought before the meeting.
